RE/MAX Professionals Property Management is a full service management company who handles all aspects of managing your investment property.
We handle advertising your properties on 3 public websites and the MLS while the property is vacant, in addition to utilizing ListHub to mass export your property to other major websites. We require a complete background screening of all the applicants interested in your property and present our screening to you for your approval or decline of the application. Our management also includes weekly vacant property inspections to ensure the security of your investment.
RE/MAX Professionals Property Management has a complete staff available to serve all the needs of your property. We also have an attorney on retainer should any legal assistance be needed during the tenant’s occupancy.
We here at RE/MAX Professionals Property Management work with preferred licensed vendors to service our properties, should any work or repairs be necessary during your management term. We are available to handle all rent ready work for your property once a tenant vacates and get the home into a rent ready condition in a timely manner to avoid a lengthy vacancy.
Our Property Managers are licensed Realtors who are able to answer your questions and concerns effectively and efficiently. We will complete a market analysis of your property to ensure that the home is properly priced to find a tenant quickly and best maximize your investment.
Our Accounting Department offers direct deposit for your monthly owner proceeds with monthly statements that are mailed to your mailing address. We have user friendly statements that are easy to read. Each owner at the end of the year also receives a 1099 and expense report for the property that assists with making the tax filing for your investment a much more efficient process.
RE/MAX Professionals Property Management also utilizes a daily "Realtor On Call" who is available to schedule appointments to show your available home to prospective applicants seven days a week!
